Judith A. Balcerzak is a Director and Principal of the Institute for Private Investors. She oversees the administration of all programs and the staff of IPI. Prior to joining IPI in 1997, she spent more than 20 years in various computer operations and management positions, most recently as the business manager for a money management organization.
